General Informations

  1. How to make a reservation at AirSpirit.com ?
    You can make a reservation directly through internet, by phone (at +33 2 54 33 10 10) or by mail at AirSpirit.com, Aérodrome de Blois le Breuil 41330 La Chapelle Vendômoise France. We are opened from monday to saturday from 10am to 6pm.


  2. What are the accepted credit cards ?
    We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) through internet or by phone. Check payment is available only for French bank account. If you decide to make a check payement, please mail it with your booking reference on the back at AirSpirit.com, Aérodrome de Blois le Breuil 41330 La Chapelle Vendômoise France (to the order of 'AirSpirit.com). For safety reasons, we are using a secure connexion through internet, with our Paybox system.


  3. Are prices per person or for the number of people indicated ?
    All prices are indicated for the total number of passengers that you can find in the "Description" part.


  4. Is there any special fare for children ?
    As children are using the same seats than adults, there is unfortunately no special fare for them.


  5. How will I received my order confirmation ?
    A flight booking confirmation will be emailled to you as soon as we have received your payment. At your request, we also will mail you a gift voucher if this is for a gift. You will have to give this voucher to your pilot just before flight.


  6. I would like to make a gift, is-it possible to have a voucher ?
    Our gift voucher can be made for the person of your choice and mailled directly to anyone or to you at your request.


  7. How long does it take to receive the voucher ?
    You should received your gift voucher in 72h if you are in France. Add 3 more business days if you are in Europe.


  8. How long may I use this voucher ?
    Gift vouchers are usable for 6 monthes. In case of delay due to weather, an extension is automatically added.


  9. Is there any weight and size limits to board small aircraft ?
    Training and aerobatics flights can accept only people less than 1m90 et 90kg. Thanks to ask for the other flights.


  10. What happened if the weither is bad the day of my flight ?
    In case of bad weather, flight is cancelled (as soon as possible) and we take another appointement for your flight.
